lol

I feel like downloading this song and add stuff to it, because that's a pretty nice melody. Maybe I will. :)

buttbutt22 responds:

you do that...

Woah!

LEGEND!!!

Rig responds:

I tried my best. :)

A suggestion

I suggest you increase the "Hardness" option in FL Keys to make it sound more like a piano. ;)

JakesFable responds:

No I would not think so or it would song too pianoy for me, Thanks alot ;)

Suggestion

Pretty good, but I have a few suggestions:

Since I think you're trying to get a sewer feel to the song, maybe you can add some reverb on some of the instruments? It would give the song a "big room" feel.

Add in more instruments. Maybe something deep and heavy?

Not bad for a first try. I'll give it 7/10.

johnwashere2 responds:

Thanks for the advice, i understand what you mean but I was mainly just submitting it as a loop to see its response.

Good job!

I can imagine this song in end credits for a movie or when a hero comes back from the dead. Yeah, I know, not very original thoughts on my part, but very good song from you.

...I have no complaints.

Evil-Dog responds:

if you're happy I'm happy :) thanks!

Hmmm...

If you concentrate on espanding the song according the second part it would be awesome. The one-handed piano thing kina killed the song. Just a friendly suggestion. :)

Gian responds:

Thanks for the suggestion =) Im just experimenting with the arpeggios.. ill make a larger version of this someday =)

Nice!

The title fits pretty nicely, and I think of a person being on a desolate planet with unseen dangers. Very moving and greawt music to use when writing stories! :)

5/5

Rig responds:

Thank you! I'd love to see this in a flash someday...

Epic!

I believe everyone is saying "Epic!" for every one of your songs. I don't have time for a story, unfortunately, so I'll just review the song.

The melody is great, and I like the flute part. However, there is one thing that is lacking in your recent songs. Variety. The song stays basically the same. There needs to be more variety.

Also, your songs are too short. -.-

Anyway, 4/5

Keep making more music! :)

MaestroRage responds:

this one is meant to be lacking in variety as it is supportive music for the cinematic. I didn't want to make it very varied or it would take away from the movie.

My personal favorite part of this song is the choirs. I just love choirs :'(

Thank you for the review, i'm glad you liked it! I apologize for the delayed response!

Hm...

you can download music software over the internet for free. I myself own FL7 demo, which I got from the Fruity Studio website. You can use the program to further enhance your guitar tunes, once you learn how to use it. All songs use some sort of mixing software these days.

frozensnakee responds:

thanks for the tip. but i made this song a very long time ago and recently downloded the free audacity which bacicly only lets me record myself and then record over myself. i used it to record Sutekh. but thanks for the tip. maybe ill check out this other software, but i dont want to spend alot of time producing my songs and would rather spend more time composing them but maybe once i get alittle better ill check that out

sounds good!

I listened to some of your earlier submissions, and have you improved!
The song is great, but there are times when it becomes repetitive and I find myself waiting for the next part. You got the idea down, though, as I imagine an icy castle and snow falling. The drums are a bit quiet, though.

boney-man responds:

thanks man :D

I work in the AAA industry. Always learning and improving.
